The High Co Cannabis Austin started with a simple frustration: why did buying cannabis feel so clinical? So rushed? So devoid of the kind of honest conversation that could actually help someone find what they needed?
We wanted something different. A place with real warmth — where the staff were educators as much as they were salespeople, where the products were chosen with intention, and where being a newcomer wasn't embarrassing and being an enthusiast wasn't boring.
So we built it on East St. Elmo, deep in South Austin — a neighborhood that's always rewarded authenticity over flash. That energy is baked into everything we do.
